RETURN POLICY

Simple Returns (New, Unused Items)

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations.

However, due to the nature of our kitchen appliances and hygiene

considerations, we have implemented the following return policy:

Eligibility Requirements:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date

- Products must be completely unused and in original, new condition

- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if included)

must be included

- Items must be in resellable condition with no signs of use, wear, or damage

- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once Used - No Returns:

Please note that once the iziggle automatic stirring frying pan has been used

even once for cooking, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. We

strongly encourage customers to carefully read the product specifications and

reviews before purchasing.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery

2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

3. Package the item securely in original packaging

4. Ship the item back using a traceable shipping method

5. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after receipt

Non-Returnable Items:

- Used products (even if used only once)

- Items without original packaging

- Products damaged by customer misuse

- Items beyond 30-day return window

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business

days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Notice:

As per Canadian consumer protection laws, while we offer this return policy as a

service to our customers, please note that businesses in Canada are not legally

required to accept returns unless products are defective. This policy is our

commitment to customer satisfaction.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs and Timeline

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada):

- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

- Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD (individual product shipping conditions

take priority)

- Shipping cost for orders under $200: $15-35 CAD depending on location

- *Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control

Return Shipping:

- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

- Return shipping fee: $30 CAD (non-refundable)

- Customers must use a trackable shipping method

- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective products

Shipping Areas:

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Remote areas

may incur additional shipping charges.

Delivery Requirements:

- Items will be delivered to the address provided during checkout

- Address changes after order placement may incur additional fees

Damaged During Shipping:

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours

of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to

resolve the issue.

WARRANTY POLICY

Mechanical Components Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty:

The iziggle automatic stirring frying pan comes with a 1-year limited warranty

covering mechanical defects and malfunctions from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

- Motor mechanism failures

- Electronic component malfunctions

- Automatic stirring function defects

- Power/battery connection issues

- Manufacturing defects in mechanical parts

What's NOT Covered:

- Cookware Surface Damage: Scratches, nicks, chips, or any damage to the

non-stick coating or pan surface

- Physical Hardware Damage: Dents, cracks, or physical damage to the pan

body

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage from overheating or improper temperature use

- Damage from dishwasher use (if not dishwasher safe)

- Damage from dropping or impact

- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Warranty Claim Process:

1. Contact customer service with proof of purchase

2. Describe the issue and provide photos if requested

3. Follow troubleshooting steps as directed

4. If defective, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

5. Customer responsible for shipping costs to our service center

Warranty Limitations:

- Warranty is non-transferable

- Valid only with original receipt

- Does not cover consequential or incidental damages

- Some provinces may have different warranty terms as required by local law

Extended Warranty:

Optional extended warranty plans may be available for purchase separately.
